By accessing or using Claritecture websites and products, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

Products and Services

Digital Products

Claritecture offers digital products including The Method (course materials) and Modes Pro (AI collaboration tool). All digital products are delivered electronically.

License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access credentials.

Payments and Refunds

Pricing

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your location.

Refund Policy

Digital products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied. Contact support@claritecturestudio.com with your order details. Refunds are not available after 14 days or if the product has been substantially used.

User Accounts

Some products require account creation. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities under your account
• Notifying us of unauthorized access

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Claritecture Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Work you create using our tools remains your property. We claim no ownership of outputs you generate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Share account access with others
• Use automated tools to access our services without permission

Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with third-party AI services. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results from using our products will meet your expectations
• AI integrations will always be available

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claritecture Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Claritecture Studio is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then through appropriate legal channels.
